On time. Project completed as anticipated. Great feedback from the personnel before/after carpet cleaning completed. This is the 2nd time utilizing this company; will utilize again.

I like it that Zerorez uses environmentally friendly products and is cognizant of enviromental concerns. My carpet looked fresh and clean. Person cleaning the carpet was courteous, knowledgeable about the products and what i could expect with the cleaning, transparent about the price, on time, did the job in a timely manner. All was great and I don't use any company to clean my carpet except Zerorez.

Always consistent work
I have used Zerorez a few times in the past and i love their service from beginning to end. They explained everything, they answer any questions and my carpet always looks great when they are done. They also cleaned my rug which came out perfect.
Austin was very friendly really great to work with! Our carpet was damp longer the Austin said it would be but that’s ok. The carpet looks good and got the dark stain out, I am a happy camper!

Timely thorough service
I liked the technician Jackson. I don’t like other sales pitch though. I want them to come in and clean the carpet and not lecture me and he does that he just gets to work tells me what other offers you guys have, but isn’t pushy.
Kendrick was fast and professional and it all went very well.
The edges of the carpet along the walls didn't appear to get cleaned. Additionally, only the main area of the stairs was cleaned. Nothing around the spindles.
I like that several services are offered other than just carpet cleaning. I intend to look into these additional services.

Our tech was nice and explained the process to us well and everything but we were not impressed at all when our carpets finally dried. We added and paid for the additional additives he recommended and still did not see the results we expected from your company.
