Rug doesn’t look much better than before the treatment. I don’t think an area of my room wasn’t treated since I could still see my vacuum marks. Disappointing

The technician was very friendly and for the most part the carpet was well done. But, there are two spots in my entryway that are a result of the cleaning. Admittedly my carpets are very old. One of the reasons I use Zerorez is because don’t use a lot of water. The spots are familiar to me. If someone stands on or puts equipment on an area of my carpet, the underneath stuff comes to the surface.
Also and most disappointing. This is the first time I have had you do a shower area. I see no difference which given the $175 price is not acceptable. I believe I deserve at least a 75% refund of the $175.00.
I would like to give a stellar review. Your employees show up on time. They are very informative about their product, what to expect from their services, other services that they off. They take the time to answer all questions. These guys are professional and very pleasant to have in your home. I am very happy with my furniture and carpets. We will definitely have them back.

They offer extra services with a complete description of why I might need them. Give me info on how to prevent future wear and tear as well. Friendly. They give you a total before they start too. I love the quality clean I get every time. The entire process only takes between and hour to an hour and a half. My carpet is 6 years old and gets worn with this goldendoodle. She has been on medication for 3 months that makes her sick. Also on pain pills so ZeroRez knows exactly how to approach this and left my home feeling fresh again. It’s a lighter carpet and after each cleaning it looks almost new . Isaac was very patient, polite, and hard working/knowledgable. I will ask for him every time but all of their staff seem good. Service was very good. Technician was on time and very nice he did a great job
I did have one small problem. They forgot to clean the walk-in closet. I know this because all the carpet and rugs were damp into the evening, while the closet was dry and still had some lint on the surface (that would have been vacuumed or cleaned.)
This is OK. If you'll credit back to me the $10 charge, we'll have it cleaned next time you come.

They stated they would take care of completing the vacuming since I was waiting a little bit for my vacuum to charge, it did not seem that they did that. I have stains on my tile in the bathroom from whatever they pulled over in there to reach my closet and fluids hit the tile and bleached a trail there.
They were nice and polite and my carpets do look good.
The young man that came did an excellent job. He was very polite and hard working. We appreciate the good job that he did for us. Thank you again.
