As usual, the staff at CBW are awesome. Summer Breeze has been enjoying their services for 11 years now and although she is a senior puppy now, and has some difficulty with her hips-the staff is understanding, kind, and very loving towards her. I know when she is there for daycare or an overnight stay I NEVER have to worry about her. As long as she has food, blankie and her "lovey" she is a happy camper!

The personal touch. It's obvious how much the staff love dogs and can call nearly all of them (and their furmoms and furdads) by name. They CARE and that's the most important thing you need to know.

I loved that I could see my dog on camera at all times. Counselors were so nice. They really love animals and it shows. They took a long time explaining everything to me. My dog had a blast!
You do need to light one of those dog candles at the desk. It smells more than awful at front entrance. I almost walked back out. It was hard to breath the ammonia from old urine and wet dog smells were over powering.
Staff is always cheerful and helpful immediately. They obviously adore all dogs. Most importantly, as soon as she’s out of the car, my dog pulls and tugs on her leash to get inside. When I collect her, she passes out in the car after having so much fun running around. I can’t say enough about the thoughtful day care AND extended boarding care. I give this place five stars plus!

Attentive, caring staff
Everyone one is super friendly. The staff members were engaged with the dogs and everyone appeared to be having a blast.
Our Comet spends a half day at Camp which is just right. Of course when he's there I log in and watch for a bit which is an extra benefit of enjoying our dog and all the other dogs. Observing the staff interact with the dogs is great.

You have someone with our puppy all the time and I can view it on the camera and your staff is extremely friendly.i also like that my puppy can go outside whenever she wants and has water available all the time.
