However, with the new App, I wish it would send a notification when something significant happens with the account. I.e 1) When a campers stay has been accepted, or 2) when a campers updated records have been verified and updated.

I brought my English Bulldog, Annie, to the Pittsburgh East location in Murrysville (even though it is farther from our usual camp) because it was for a stay over the holiday weekend and the other facilities were booked full. I am so glad she came here. The facility is clean and bright. Annie was very nervous and not eating well but the staff were so kind and encouraging with her. I was across the country so I was very worried, but they communicated excellent with me and were very reassuring. Eventually Annie came around and was in good spirits when I picked her up. I trust them with my dog and highly recommend this location.

The staff is friendly and my dog seems to like it. They are attentive to any needs.
I love everything but here’s some reasons why….
It’s a family owned operation staffing many family members ensuring a safe, caring and dedicated environment.
All staff are true pet lovers and totally awesome.
They are on the cutting edge of obtaining info and sharing info to pet parents on new trends, health concerns, etc.
The pets are screened exceptionally well before being approved to join so there is no aggression or concerns of injury and if that should occur, staff is always on site, monitoring and available to take action if need be. I never worry which is priceless!
They offer daycare and overnight boarding in addition to other services such as nail clipping, bathing, etc.
Possible grooming in the future.
Webcams so u can watch your pet which is ideal.
Dogs need exercise, it’s just as critical for them as it is for us. And of course it reduces unwanted behaviors.
And the pets love it. They all go racing in to join the fun. They practically fall over their feet.

We love Camp Bowwow! It is so reassuring to drive up, see how excited our dog Apache gets to go into the building and see all the amazing people who work there. He is very high energy so knowing he can play all day but take breaks when he needs is comforting. It feels like the Camp Bowwow has truly welcomed us into their family. We trust them!

My dog loves going there. I love having a place that I feel comfortable boarding him when I need to.
Hi! Eugene has recently become a Camp Bow Wow patron and seems to be having a great time! As a Basset Hound, he is pretty unconcerned with the ongoings of daycare (unless food is involved!) but from watching him on the web cam, he is very content while at CBW! He seems to like both the staff and the other doggy campers.
I am happy to see him run into camp in the mornings (forgetting about Mommy completely!) and run back out at the end of the day when I pick him up. It seems he likes it there but also likes to come home at the end of a day of play and hang out with me.
Thanks for taking good care of him when he's there - we will be back very soon!
