My dog and I absolutely love this Camp Bow Wow location as all the staff are wonderful compassionate understanding and love all the dogs as much as their owners do . They are exceptional friendly and will answer any and all questions address any problems that may occur and exhibit great professionalism all the time! Having the half day option is a perfect solution for someone like myself and staff continually go way beyond to offer assistance if and when needed . I cannot imagine sending my puppy anywhere else and I certainly will never do that!! Please consider doing something special for Breann as she is is a fine example of what a fantastic employee should be!! Thank you so much Harriet Porter and Joplin
The facility is much cleaner and smells much better than Hounds Town in Lodi. The staff if huge and always around. I like being able to check on my pup on their cameras. I’ve checked the cameras and noticed the staff is very quick to pick up the dog’s poop and I’ve seen them scrubbing the fences and areas where the dogs play. My dog is EXHAUSTED by the time he gets home.
You always make room for Rudy even at the last minute. He gets so excited when we pull into the lot, I have to go warn employees to open all doors, because we can’t hold him back once he gets out of the car. He weighs 110 lbs. And runs straight back to the room they put him in.
The staff really gets to know my dog & can provide feedback on his behaviors. They also treat me like a friend & are always courteous & attentive. They try to get everyone in & out quickly which is appreciated. My dog absolutely LOVES going in to play with his friends several days a week.

The staff are very professional and friendly. They always treat our dog like he was their own. The facilities are always clean and smell great! The owner is very responsive when necessary and the cameras are a great PLUS!!

We love Camp Bow Wow!! We always bring our dogs here. From the staff, to the comfortable surroundings - this is the only place to bring your dogs. Highly recommend!!!
I like two things: (1.) my dog absolutely loves going—she constantly wants to get in the car, and Camp Bow Wow is the only place I take her in the car, and (2.) the staff knows me and my dog, even though we go rather infrequently—maybe once a month or so.
Love the boarding, day camp and special cuddles and playtime that’s available. Also love how the front desk workers love my dog.

In addition to being very caring to every pet, your program is very flexible. In short notice, you say yes to dropping off a pet for either a half day or full day and also being willing to provide extra services (teeth cleaning, nail clipping, bath and blow dry, etc) while the pet is there.
