They help me problem solve when it comes to my dog and her separation anxiety. They always do what they can with her best interest in mind. Everyone is also super friendly and welcoming. Eli from the front desk is always willing to update me on how my dog was doing that day. She even goes as far as thinking of different ideas for the next time I bring her in and having that support within the company helps put my mind at ease while I’m at work. I know my dog will be probably taken care of.
The environment is clean, the staff is very pleasant and informative 👌 our dog Cody most importantly gets excited when we say it's time to go to camp. He loves Michelle his groomer, who does an excellent job!! Olivia the trainer is Awesome

Every time I come in, your employees fawn over my doggie. She’s now the third dog that I’ve shepherded through your system. And I am blessed to work from home most of the time.

The staff is super friendly and always accommodating. They greet my dog by name every time we come in and always communicate what is needed. My dog is timid around new people but LOVES the Camp Bow Wow staff. I highly recommend taking your dog here!
The staff at Camp Bow Wow are always glad to see Boomer, and he loves going to Camp Bow Wow and getting spoiled, especially when he gets bathed/groomed. He always comes out excited to see us and as if he has had a great visit. He also acts like he knows just how good he looks after a bath. Proud boy. Spoiled boy. Happy boy.
First full day of camp went wonderful. I loved that I could check up on my dog through the cameras they had!!! And boy is she tuckered out!
The staff was very friendly and efficient. The dog was very happy when he arrived and when he came home. I love that o can watch him through the cameras.

Hours are good and people are friendly.
I'm always nervous about leaving my small dog anywhere as he is an anxious rescue. I have boarded my dog twice at Camp Bow Wow and have been very satisfied. When I watch him on the camper cam, he looks happy playing with other dogs, wagging his tail and jumping at the counselor for attention which he gets plenty of.
The staff are always friendly, professional and answer all my questions.

Everyone is literally so helpful at our local Albany Camp Bow Wow. It’s a community of pet lovers and it’s a great way for the pups to play, get good tired, and have some time for ourselves. Really nice staff and clean environment. Love everything.
I’ve never taken my dog to a place where I felt like he would be loved as much as he is loved at home, until sending him to Camp Bow Wow. The staff is amazing and they really know their stuff!!!
