The attention to the dogs and how well they are attended to.
I feel and can see that both my dogs have fun, well looked after, they can go outside or inside when they want. I prefer to drive from Bridgewater to camp bow wow than go to any others closer to my town because I have been to several other places and most don't allow dogs inside in winter or summer, I saw this summer it was very harsh at one place dogs left outside to bake in the sun no grass just dry dirt. Camp Bow Wow is the best place for dogs I have seen, thank you.

The facilities are extremely clean. There is an associate in every room the dogs play in. The interview process was very thorough. There are no "upgrade fees" for the care given to your dog while there.

I absolutely love sending Diego to Camp. The staff are so great. Diego gets socialized well. Diego is in love with Chuck! He helps bring out his confidence. Diego is skittish now and then. They both really connected. I love all the camp employees. Thank You for everything.

I like that for us who often need a place last minute, there is often room. I like that everyone seeems to know our dog and really love her. I like that our dog runs to the dog to get in everytime we drop her off.
Very friendly service, loving staff and very clean! My dogs love going to Camp Bow Wow. Maritza the groomer is amazing too, my Max loves going there for his grooming. I will continue to refer my family and friends to Camp Bow Wow when they need day care, boarding, or grooming for their pets. A++ feedback ... Flexible drop off & pick up times; no reservation needed for day care. We use the Tonawanda location during the week when working, and West Seneca on Saturdays when we go to Ellicottville to ski. It's nice to know that if the weather turned on us, that our dog would be in a safe place cared for until we could pick him up.

My dog loves to run around and play with all the other dogs making her tired when she goes home. I'm happy she is not stuck in a cabin all day.
