The staff at Camp Bow Wow are very welcoming when we show up with our Willow. It is quite obvious that they love her and are attentive to her needs. When she is nervous during a thunderstorm, they called when we forgot to give them calming meds and they put her “thunder” jacket on. She seemed very happy, especially during cuddle time.
Always a great experience and they take great care of my two big babies!

Camp Bow Wow is great. My dog occasionally does day camp there.
Last week we went to drop her off not knowing that we needed a reservation (for July and August). Being that I am a regular customer, they found an opening and we were able to enjoy our outing as planned.
We would highly recommend them.
Millie has only been there twice and she can't wait to go in and be greeted by a warm welcoming staff. They noted a little stress but made her feel safe, moved her around with different dogs and kept me informed on how she was doing. Before she left, she showed her love and appreciation to the staff. I was very grateful they were able to accommodate me on a last minute basis. I was in town to pick up my kids at sleepaway camp and needed to leave my dog somewhere for visiting day. My original arrangements fell through and I was able to call camp bow wow and drop our dog off.
Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Assisted me with my pets. Service was excellant.
Everyone is super friendly and they love my dog scooter. I never have to worry when I am away and they play with him! Great facilities and good people.

I was super nervous about how my dog would handle all the other dogs but the staff walked me through every step.
Everything was super clean when we walked in.
While my puppy was there for his interview I was updated on how he was acclimating and reassured he was happy and doing well. I was even sent pictures and of course had access to the live camera feed.
Maya was so kind and helpful!

So first. Loved the Dog Cam!! Gave me peace of mind to see Max everyday. Saw that he was ok and having fun! Loved how when I called you PICKED up the phone rite away! Your emails came back quick within a hour or so. Friendly Staff. Loved how the Red Headed kid showed compassion to the dogs. Petting them. So kudos to him.
The staff treat the dogs like their own, with love, patience and appropriate behavioral corrections when needed. Eli, Tori and Bill (along with the other the front office team members) are always welcoming, professional and accommodating. I like that the cameras allow me to watch my fur baby during the day which I find not only entertaining but keeps me engaged with her during the day.
Services are convenient, I like the level of care and staff are very pleasant and professional.

My dog actually gets excited when I ask him if he wants to go to Camp Bow Wow. He starts jumping and wagging his tail. He pulls to get in the door and goes immediately to one of the staff members, without any hesitation. I think that speaks volumes about a place. A dog can sense when something is good or not.
Now, from my point of view. The staff members are great. You are greeted by a smile and welcoming attitude when you arrive. They are always helpful and patient. I love that you can see your dog on the Web Cams - I always check on him when we're away - it can be comforting.
No one likes to leave their fur babies behind, but when you have to, Camp Bow Wow is the place.
Close to home, dog loves going there, workers are great.

Excellent customer service....friendly and caring staff. Especially Miss Shelley! We love her...always a pleasure to see her smiling face in the morning. And owner Brett is responsive and great to work with. I've already referred a client and she has joined the CBW team (Danielle DeBenedetto) and her Bean loves it too!
Tank just loves going there. He gets time to play with other dogs and we know he’s safe and well taken care of. Your staff is great and always friendly and Dropoff and pickup.

My dog Remington LOVES going to camp. The employees are always so sweet to my pup. There are cameras, but I hardly even look anymore because I trust them 100%.
