Love that the dog can roam free during the day
Lots of love and Pawsitivity🐾🐶! They really care and look after our best four legged furry friends! Not only are they an amazing team at Camp Bow Wow! (Here in Henrietta!) They are really skillful, knowledgeable, nurturing and very professional at their job and enjoy having fun with our pets! I can tell my Gus enjoys helping out these professionals! Friendly staff and easy to drop off and pick up
Everything! Everyone who works there is great, they really care for your dog like they are their own. Our dog loves going there and we can watch him play on the cameras. Our puppy has gone there for over a year and we feel very comfortable leaving him in their good hands.
Friendly, efficient
There couldn't be a more dog-loving staff! Everyone knows not only each dog's name but also how they behave, what they like, and what they need, which is quite a feat given how many dogs Camp Bow Wow supervises every day. They have multiple strategies to distribute their campers in the facility so that they are all well-matched, comfortable, and entertained. The staff come up with fun activities for the pups and organize photo shoots regularly. At the administrative end of the deal, Camp Bow Wow is strict regarding health records (which keeps all pups safe) while accommodating when it comes to boarding arrival times and feeding needs. I'm very happy with the care they provide. I recommend the place to everybody I know.
I like that Camp Bow opens early during the week. Since moving to Rockland County the time it takes me to commute to work increased, and then I decided my dog needed doggie day care. Early drop offs on the days I go into the office allow me to catch the train to get in on time. I also like that my dog is socializing. His behavior toward people and other dogs has greatly improved. Finally, I like being able to see what my dog is up to while he’s in camp via the Camp Cams.
The staff is professional and friendly. The pups are taken care of and treated well. I like how there are different services offered. Some options are: day care services, training, grooming and agility and boarding. My pups enjoy going and are treated with love.
My dog, Tango, loves going to camp BowWow. He can only go for about 4 days before he let's us know it time for camp. Also and especially everyone of the camp employees are so very welcoming and happy to see us coming in. The grooming services are also very convenient .

I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff at camp. They always do an amazing job and don't hesitate to go above and beyond.
Everything! Huge facility! Neat, clean, cheery and plenty of room for the campers to play! So many activities for them to participate in! Counselors are soooo nice and take extra good care of the campers. My Xena has been a camper for nine years and she loves CBW!!!
Everything! The staff are extraordinarily consistently pleasant, receptive, and clearly care for all of the pets that visit. It’s been my #1 favorite dog camp for many years now.

My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow Cranberry. The team is wonderful and show him a lot of love. He always gets a great day of exercise and socialization every time he attends. We could not be happier with their services.

I love everything about camp bow wow! All the employees are always so friendly and helpful. I love taking my dogs for daycare, I always feel safe leaving them and love watching them on the cameras all day. Camp bow wow is also the only place I feel safe and love leaving my dogs for a vacation. They always seem happy when they’re there whether that be cuddling with the employees or playing with all the other dogs!
