For the online check-ins, I would like to be able to pick a time. The online check-ins seems to assume you are close to the location. If I check-in when I leave home, I am about 30 minutes away. Frequently the arrival time shown is about 15 min. The ability to select an arrival time would benefit both the customers and your ability to schedule customers.
Your stylist are extremely professional and courteous. I always feel comfortable and welcome when I get my haircut at Sport Clips.

Professional cut and shampoo
They have great employees that really do a great job at cutting hair. They also sometimes go above and beyond, like with a beard trim or eye brows. The shampoo massage is great, but needs to be longer. They get you in and out in a timely manner. Walking in is easy, signing in online is a great idea, but is a pain to do. Overall great people and they do a great job.
