The new website and “check-in” process however is HORRIBLE!!!! PLEASE go back to the old way!! I hate having to sign in just to see my favorite stylist isn’t working. The website logs me out and this last time I “got on the wait board” I didn’t even receive a text message letting me know we were almost next so I had to keep logging in just to see where we were on that stupid circle clock thing. It’s a nightmare and I want nothing to do with it.
I don’t want the app either!

From start to finish, the experience was easy and stress-free. Using the app to schedule my appointment was convenient. The services I received at my appointment were great, Jenna did a fantastic job and was very professional.

Just a suggestion sell some cold Soda's easy Margin while you wait! Very clean and professional! Please take them all lunch and thank them for taking care of your Customers!

February 4th was my first visit to sport clips and after having the MVP I definitely will be back. Bree is the best stylist I've ever used she has such a delicate touch and does an excellent job!
