Everything was as i expected, ive never had any issues with the customer service. The hair cut was on point as well, the stylist was super nice and was easy to talk to. This is the only place that my son and i will visit. Many choices in town but this is the BEST place by far. Thank you.

i like the on line scheduling. Stylists are always nice. My thought for improvement would be to have various items for women- round brushes, curling irons etc. Isn't always men patrons.

I absolutely love coming to sports clips to get my haircut. I know all the girls do a great job, however I only trust one person Jenna she’s my girl, from day one she has cut my hair exactly like I explained, it’s been on point every time! I love the fact that it’s like going to see a friend every 3-4 week!

The Stylists at Sports Clips are very good compared to other Franchises that are competitors. Very organized clean. The MVP concept sets you apart. My stylist i had Monday May 17th 2021 at your Lancaster Ohio location was exceptional. I travel to Florida a lot Naples and Destin and have gone to Sports Clips there with similar results very satisfied. Thank You Mark Kramer.

I really liked the service I received from Torri. She did an excellent job with my hair. This being my first visit, I got the good treatment of hot towel covering my face while getting my hair washed. Also, enjoyed the massage received after hair wash. Gosh, I never was treated with such luxury at any solon. Thank you so much. The extras made Sport Clips first rate as far as I'm concerned. My son and his wife were here this evening and I gave them Torri's card, told them my experience for first visit and they were surprised too. (They put the cards in their pocket, so maybe you'll have another customer.) Oh, and the price for my cut was so very reasonable. I certainly will go again..
