I enjoyed the very first time I went to have my hair cut. Tori took care of me and I was surprised how much CARE and attention I received. Have been there again and the lady who cut my hair I'm not sure she did the cut I was asking for. Anyway, I liked the way I made my appt. by phone and it told me I have 75 min. wait. I had time to get to Lancaster. But, I definitely will make another appt. when I need hair cut.

They were very professional when handling my son and I and I loved it I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends.

Every time I go in to get my haircut everyone is super friendly and it’s a welcoming environment. The staff at the Lancaster location is flat out amazing! 10/10 would recommend. The only complaint I would have and it’s not on the girls but the owners would be they need more staffing, especially because they’re the best hair cutting joint in Lancaster it’s usually packed and they’re short handed unless you get there when they first open.

I like the stylist most and being able to make an appointment on line.

The stylists are always ready to cut your hair and want to know if there is anything they can do differently.

Typically a wait at the Lancaster location, for a reason, this is the best place to get a cut. Once you are in the chair, you feel like you are the only one there. Great staff and facility

I actually love how your stylists recommend and demonstrate products. The products are too expensive to buy at Sportclips so I purchase them at Ulta and other retailers that offer at a much more reasonable price when on sale. It speaks volumes though how well the stylists show and use the products to create value and usefulness.
