First my stylist Jessica is fantastic. Her skill cutting and styling hair is exceptional. She is not afraid to make suggestions and talk to you about hair styles. She engages you in conversation without ever making you feel she is not paying attention to your cut. 100% professional, with a splash of creativity topped off with excellent customer service.

Secondly, being able to find men's products without having to spend excessive amounts of time looking on isle after isle and shelf after self only to find that men's products are not very important to big box retailers.

Being able to check in online and see when your expected time to be there listed is another great feature.

Sports Clips is great and our Lancaster, Ohio location is solid gold.

JESSICA is a ROCKSTAR!! She cuts my son's hair as well. She should run the place. The app was not working correctly on Saturday. Not happy with the price increase don't get to BIG you will lose customers. I visit this location for Jessica & Brandi. Please give them a raise and thank them on my behalf. I spend 80 bucks at this location monthly and I get no discounts. You must take care of you currently customers. Some type of reward program. Great service as always.
