Great
Pricing is fairly expensive. The Base Pricing for a Haircut is High. The add ons have value but because of the high pricing not everyone can afford that.
Examples: For a Senior Haircut during the week it is $15. Other haircuts are $20. Other add-ons can drive the cost to astronomical amounts?
Since it is customary to give a tip, a haircut can cost, $20-$50 and more. It takes 6 haircuts completed and then you get 1/2 off. Really. At $15 a pop you spent $90 dollars to get a $7 discounted. That is a 8% discount.
The old free haircuts made more sense. It that case a $90 spend would yield $15 dollars off. Since most people tip 10-25%. Wouldn't that make more sense.
Pricing is a bit steep. I wear a "Military Style" cut so not much work. How about a "Military or Senior Citizen" discount? I'll always leave a tip.
Everything, the Wilson NC store is great! The service is great, the staff is very friendly. Its nice to be taken care of every time I go. I highly recommend to all my friends and family!
Great haircutters, and I look good. Plus, it doesn't cost me a fortune.

PROS: Love the store hours and the convenience of being able to pay with debit card.
CONS: Constant new faces. Some can cut hair but many cannot. Would prefer ability to choose a stylist rather than never knowing what kind of haircut I am going to get.
