Seems to be a lot of turnover. Some of the stylists are okay, but the quality of cut varies widely from visit to visit. I'd prefer the option to choose a "proven" stylist rather than having to frequently take a chance on a new girl.
The Friendliness of the staff and quality haircuts
Better Consistancy of associates. I receive a haircut about once a quarter or so. It seems that the staff changes very often that within a year I meet someone who has been there for a year annd I have never seen them. It would be nice to be known and what style is required without explaining it repeatedly. This makes my wife and I wonder if these are trainees rathe than focused on who is the client and what he wants. This adds a lot of extra time. Suggest that we be allowed to enter that and associates be trained how to quickly understand and ask the right questions. My sons who are teenagers tried Great CLips and did not like the service there and the same with Sports Clips. I am th last one going and have been for several years. Since the price is less at Great Clips and other salons, the service and perfect client experience over the next year will determine my continued patronage. I used to go Great Clips and rated them a 8 or 9 and thy now dropped to about a 5. Last year I would rated rated Sports Clips a 8 or 9 and I now feel a ^ is a maximum. The price is high but I would pay for a good price for great service. Wait times in the daytime when the over 55 benefits are available have also increased. Being allowed to make an appointment would help your service image. Free haircurts if not satisfied with service would also help. Right now, your associates are ou of synch with servce. Nothing differentiates. A Phone reservation app would also help especiall if it identified wait time and provided an ability to change.

The service is good. The only thing I see is you never know who is going to cut your hair. There may be a way to make appointments with a specific person you like cutting your hair but I've never been told that.

The haircut i recieved from Brandi exceeded my satisfaction, Brandi was professional and friendly. She remembered me from previous visits and really made me feel appreciated and like i was among friends. Sport Clips is definitly where i would tell my friends to get there haircut.
