Usually, timely, comfortable, excellent cut. However, even though I gave a high rating THIS time, SC needs to be careful. At the Crossroads location in Cary, NC, there seems to be a high rate of turnover. It is one thing to not always have the same stylist---that's okay for guys. But it seems like more and more often, the stylists have been brand new with zero experience. My last visit, the stylist was somewhat rough with the clippers and she didn't exactly cut what I had in mind even though I basically get my hair cut "by the numbers" every time. If this continues to be the quality of my experience, I will rate it poorly AND take my business elsewhere.
