Honestly, it's just the fact that 9 times out of 10 I am very satisfied with my haircut upon leaving. Many other similar establishments do not provide good cuts on a consistent basis.

The MVP is nice because the warm towel and back/shoulder massage are very comfortable and helps me relieve a little stress. I also enjoy the short wait and that my stylist already knows what style I want my hair. She had also introduced me to the Tea Tree products and I use those exclusively.
