The wash after the cut, hot towel and massage. All very relaxing and appreciated service offerings. Every stylist I have encountered is friendly and curteous and it is obvious customers are appreciated. If I dont feel like the customer is appreciated, I will not return as there are too many options today to accept less than complete professionalism.
