The stylists there are great! They really listen to your wants and needs and are great at answering questions about product needs. Not to mention, the Servies you receive are amazing. I have been doing the MVP for over 3 years now and it's hard to find and get that type of relaxation for that price anywhere else!

While I may not recommend all of your locations, I would highly recommend your 71st & Keystone location. The stylists in that location just seem to like what they do and it shows in the way in which they engage the customers. All of the stylists I have had at that location have been really good, yet must recognize Caitlin and the area manager for that store. While I don't recall the area manager's name right now, she is absolutely the best stylist in which I have. Be sure to take great care of that gal or someone will hire her away. She has perfected her attitude and scripts to up-sell all of your services and do it in such a way that the guys are happy to part with their money. If you haven't done so already, send in a secret shopper with audio & video. It will likely make for a great training video. IMO, most of your other locations are about the same as the other chop shops in town, but with TV's so that we don't actually have to talk. It's not about the haircut, it is about the person giving the haircut. I have walked out of many of your stores (and others) once I see who may be cutting my hair. If the stylist doesn't wear a smile and look to be a good conversationalist, I will typically leave and return another day.
