My hair stylist, Caylin Hinkle, is one of those people that makes you feel at home when you are in her chair. Before her I went to the same shop for roughly 20years before moving, and now I could see myself going to her shop for just as long.

pretty timely about getting in for a cut despite a line. the story actually keeps track of HOW they cut my hair last time so the next person can cut it. they ask if i want a specific stylist (I don't but it's nice they ask). they will take my name so i can go grab a bite to eat while waiting and not lose my place in line

The added head massage keeps me consistently purchasing the triple play, but I would like to see more added value like that if prices keep climbing.
I enjoy being able to walk in and tell Tiffany (the lady who cuts my hair) I would like a medium fade and she knows exactly what I mean. She is very professional and good at what she does. I also like the shampoo with the scalp massage along with the relaxation of the massage chair and the warm moist towel on my face. I enjoy everytime I come to get my hair cut.
