I get a solid hair cut while watching TV and I get a shampoo and massage everytime.
You can walk in, greeted quickly, never a long wait on Tue-Th afternoons.
My only suggestion would be that you encourage the hair stylists to slow down when cutting hair. The speed and little wait time is appreciated, but as long as the final product looks good.
