Salt was the best thing that ever happened to me. I fell in love with yoga all over again when I joined the beautiful salt community. The instructors are the best along with the members. The classes are all so unique and I've gained so much insight and strength over time. I can't wait to see the adventure ahead when I unroll my mat. Salt is the ideal place for serenity, peace and self perseverance.
