As a new customer, I appreciated the in-home estimate in order to provide more information as to what is needed and better understand what services are provided (other companies just give an estimate on the phone based on # of rooms and sq. footage). Breanna arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning the house. She was professional, efficient and pleasant. I look forward to many years of having Merry Maids clean our home (extreme allergies have made it more difficult for me to do the needed cleaning). I like the products used as they don't have strong odors.
