Team knew what to do. They had a good working relationship. They didn’t waste time but instead kept going about the work at hand. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. The only reason I didn’t give 10 was because they didn’t turn off lights and fans in rooms they were finished in. Also a lot of objects that were not but in place after the cleaning.

I have an abundance of dark woodwork and furniture. They glisten in the sunshine after Merry Maids have cleaned. Every thing looks so sparkling and bright. I like to have them use orange oil for moisture on the dark wood. I don't know what product they use on the 100+ year old floors, but they look as if they have been refinished. Every inch of the kitchen and baths look any smell great. I am very pleased. They come on time and send two ladies so they are in and out.
My house is always clean. The bed is made, yeah! The cleaners are always friendly and on time. I like that I get the same person each time.
