I liked the fact that they were willing to do everything that I asked of them (within company policy). They wanted to make sure that I as the customer was pleased with what they were doing. I liked that the products did not have a strong over powering scent to them. Since I have pets some of those strong cleaners can be harmful.

We are very happy with the service our ladies provide. We are notified when they will arrive and they keep that schedule. They are thorough and let us know each visit which rooms were given extra attention. They give that to 2 rooms each time and those rotate. If we have suggestions or special request they are happy to accommodate us.
All of the products they use work great.

We have been using Merry Maids for 5 years now. We started with asking them for help cleaning up after redecorating after we had a flood. I was so impressed that i hired them to come every other week. Lucia is our Merry Maid and she is spectacular. Our home shines and sparkles after she is done. Love the products used.

The team that came out did a great job. I had a real neglected bathroom and they made it sparkle. The products seem to be fine. They got water marks off my shower glass that I thought would never come off.

Team #10 continues to do an outstanding job at my home, They come every 2 weeks and are always prepared to do something “special” if I request it. They have also taken the time to listen and learn how I like my cleaning done...special cleaners, etc. I am grateful to have them as my regular crew, and if I need to change a date or time, I always request them.
