Amber and Jenna are excellent. They are efficient and do a great job. My house sparkles and smells so fresh. You can tell how well they clean - I have dark counter tops in the Kitchen and after they clean I can run my hand over the counter top and it is smooth with no residual. The shower doors have no residue on them either- cannot figure out how they accomplish that. I am totally satisfied and delighted with Merry Maids.

I like having the same maid. Amanda is fantastic. She cleans the house so well and leaves a beautiful fragrance of cinnamon. She is pleasant and friendly. If it were not for having Amanda I don't know if I would continue with Merry Maids. Some in the past have not cleaned the house as well as Amanda. I don't like not knowing which maid will be coming. I like having Amanda.

One minor point… We had made arrangements so that when you came you would clean the porch and then move the porch furniture outside in order to clean the living room. I think that part of the message got lost in translation somewhere.
