The staff arrived on the days that they scheduled to perform services here. They came equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment. It was great that one on the women, Carey, had worked for us previously and knew just what had to be done to clean the community's 19,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. They got right down to work upon arrival. If they had questions, they asked for our assistance. We will definite Merry Maids in the future and will easily refer them to other communities and our residents.

I love the services because knowing every 2 week’s my bathrooms will be super cleaned makes me so happy and I’m not hurting myself trying to clean them myself. It’s a really good feeling when I do my other housework that the bathrooms are already done!!

I really like the two ladies (Vickie and RuthAnn) who are currently providing my cleaning services. They begin the cleaning process as soon as they arrive and if there is something specific I need for them to do, they do so "with a smile". The cleaning products leave a nice, fresh scent. Merry Maids maintains my everyone other Wed. schedule so I can plan my time accordingly.

Carrie and the girls do things just right. They are thorough and put things back where they found them.

I like having the same girl, Amanda, coming to clean. She knows well what to do and i don't have to explain each time. She uses lemon oil on the wood and it has a cinnamon scent. It leaves the house smelling fresh and clean.
