Paula arrives on time and is thorough and pleasant and leaves my home sparkling. Whatever she uses to clean the rugs, hardwood floor and dog hair is fantastic. She gave me a tip about trying to keep the furniture free of dog hair and my dog loves Paula ( dog and I retreat to the computer room).

I like having Amanda or Paula come to clean. They know what to do without me having to explain it to them. They do a great job and when they leave the house looks and smells clean.

Cleaners were exceptionally well organized and efficient and went right about their business. Not only that but they were very pleasant and friendly. I was exceptionally pleased with the results of the cleaning. The products used were of professional grade and I was very pleased with hardwood floors, about which I am very particular. I'm rather hoping that Angie and Jenna will be my regular cleaners. However, if that isn't possible, I'm certain I will be pleased with anyone sent by Merry Maids.

I liked that all the products used in my home were pet safe.

My mom was very happy with the service. She loved the care with which the team took in taking everything down to clean and replacing exactly how it was. She liked how they had her walk through when it was done to ensure everything met her standards and offered to do a little more if it wasn't. Staff was very courteous. Spoke very highly of the products used and said other than the bathroom you really couldn't smell any cleaning products (she did acknowledge the bathroom probably needed a stronger cleaner and there is really minimal ventilation in there, and that it was by no means overwhelming). Very much would recommend to others for services.
