I recently moved into my new home and having some physical limitations, I wasn't able to do some deep cleaning that I really wanted done in the kitchen, bathroom and linen closet, therefore, I didn't feel I was able to do any unpacking. I called Merry Maids and they came over right away. They were friendly and responsive to my needs. The people who came to my home were very efficient and professional. The women who came to clean the house were very efficient and professional. I was invited to check the areas they cleaned before they left. I felt this was a great way to ensure everything was done, and done well. It also gave me the opportunity to praise their good work.

The house smelled fresh when they finished their work. I also thought the kitchen and dinette floors had been waxed. Both my mother and I were very pleased with the thoroughness of their work.

As I have said on a number of occasions, the service is excellent, especially augmented by the crews that approach their work with the realization that they are in my home, the place where I live. It's that extra step beyond professionalism as trained by admin that makes a difference. Products are fine and I believe I have come to use the same cleaner recommended for cleaning sinks etc.
