Merry Maids do a great job in cleaning. Being at home when they come in, I find them to be very personable. I also like that I have a two hour window when I know to expect them on the designated day.

I like the way the cleaning/scheduling is done with a yearly schedule, and a “heads=up” email or phone call to announce that the cleaning would be happening soon. This saves me lots of time. The payment process is effortless as well. The MM’s organizational staffers handle all the $ details very well.
