I like the fact that the products that MM’s uses clean well. Of course, the energy behind the products (the Merry Maids themselves) is the best part.
However, the specifics about cleaning certain areas sometimes get lost; they don’t get passed along to new Merry Maids. Scratched surfaces using harsh cleansers have caused permanent scratches in my home by powder cleansers used in a bathroom.
Friendly staff, do a fairly thorough job. It always smells fresh when I come in that day it’s cleaned.

We had Merry Maids come for move out cleaning. They were fast and friendly, and so thorough! My daughter's apartment wasnt THAT clean when we moved in! They exceeded my expectations!
The ladies did a very professional job. It was a first - time cleaning of a quite soiled place, and they cleaned it very well. Based on the great job, I've set up bi-weekly cleaning services. The manager also was flexible and worked within my budgeted amount to get the job done. Whereas, another well-known cleaning company would not do so. And a third company (independent) would not provide me with references so that I could check on their reputation before hiring. I love Merry Maids of MKE.

I felt I got a great cleaning for a great price. I liked that I could specially request tasks for completion and modify the cleaning to my preferences. The ladies that came asked great questions and were very personable.
Merry Maids is very responsive and very flexible to work with. They are professional and do a great job. We've been with them ~15 years and have no plans to go anywhere else.
