No real "chemical " smell.
The service does a great job cleaning but sometimes the bed is not well-made - corners not fully on the mattress.
Giving a call in the morning to let the client know an approximate arrival time. As I work from home, it would be nice to know if they are going to arrive at noon or 3:00.
All surfaces cleaned very throughly and little things picked up and/or folded!!! All maids are very polite and respectful!!!
Pay more attention to details like dust beneath tables or dressers on wood floors.
Pay more attention to dusting furniture and vacuuming nest to the mop board. I don't think the vacuums that are used get close to the mop boards.
They are the very best products ant the ladies are best that I could hope for and do a every excellent job.
Interesting that Merry Maids is using the NPS surveys. Overall, I have been very pleased with the cleaning services. I am disappointed that my regular team hasn't been here in over a month. I would like to have the same tea all the time. I don't like it when it is a new crew every 2weeks.

I like the "Green" products they use and....they don't use a mop.
Please remind the teams that when they clean floors.....pay attention to the corners.

I have a new baby and I like that it does not smell to much but it smells clean and fresh. I think that the staff does a nice job. We currently are selling our home and it is a comfort to know that the house will look amazing after Merry Maids come in..
Right on time, thorough and no antiseptic smells. Both young ladies were very nice and presented themselves well and dressed appropriate for the work.

I specifically asked when retaining your services if there will be a consistent crew. Seems never the same crew twice with one exception and so they never get to know the things needed. I will repeat what I end up having to say each time I am there for the cleanings when I visit: please vacuum the two small mats at the interior entrance and wipe down the one in the kitchen. Please use the small garbage bags in the bathroom located in the kitchen cupboard, please do not move any books rather clean around them and over the top (last visit I was horrified to see the woman having lifted collectors books, squishing them together, dropping them from the weight because for some strange reason she decided to do this!) Please note the garbage container in the kitchen is automatic - trying to force it closed will break it! Please do not crawl onto clean sheets trying to reach the other end of the bed to make it - walk around the other side! Why do you think I want your clothes that have been cleaning houses all day laying on top of my son's clean sheets??? I really could not believe she just sprawled on top of my son's bed like that! And, please teach all of the staff how to put sheets on beds proper. The pattern needs to face each other with the cuff folded over to reveal the "good: side or pattern and the finished cuff - not the underside of the cuff, the effect being that when you open up the bed you see the "good" side of the sheet on the bottom sheet and as you look up at the top sheet you will see the "good" side as well. This is new so taking this opportunity to ask you to add to the "book" that there should not be any harsh chemicals used on those new shower doors.I did not know this before but they are finished such that only cleaning with water is necessary the info says. But the shower does need to be clean, so not sure how that works.
Reliable; thorough; friendly maids
I believe it would help if the same people cleaned the home every time
I especially like the product that is used to clean my kitchen appliances. I have a black stove, and there are never any streaks left after the stove is cleaned. I have never been able to produce the shine that Merry Maids does not matter what product I use.
My only concern is that I am a monthly customer and I don't know who will be cleaning for me on my cleaning day. I am not usually home when Merry Maids arrives. I have a dog, Daisy, and a cat, Hootie. Both animals are quick to sneak out of the door if those who are coming in or going out are not aware of this problem. Daisy would be very hard to catch, but she is a very gentle and loving dog. I will put a gate up over the family room doorway so that Daisy will not be at the front door to greet them. They may take the gate down after they are in the house. If you would pass this information on to the people who are coming to clean my house, I would appreciate it.
