Your courtesy and kindness in the face of the disaster your team encountered was stellar. The ladies were conscious of those sleeping in the home and completed the work without disturbing them. Difficult circumstances at best, add the hospice arrangement in the living room and I was very surprised at the quality of the completed job.
On top of it all the service was free for a cancer patient, you did not have to do it.
