Our initial cleaning was performed on December 11th. Upon inspecting the house after Merry Maids staff left, we found that everything was very clean just we we told it would be. Marsha told us she was not satisfied on how the ceiling fan was cleaned. She said this would be rectified next visit. So far, based on our initial cleaning we are very satisfied and expect this level of thoroughness to continue in the future.

The employees that came to our home, were very professional and worked very hard. They are thorough in their cleaning process. They had a plan the minute they entered our home. No wasted minutes. They pull out all furniture to vacuum. They dust every stick of furniture in your home. Every floor is cleaned appropriately. Window blinds were cleaned. Bathrooms sanitized. They were quiet in their job of cleaning.
The cleaning products used through out our home were odorless, which is a great plus when a person is ill in the home.
