The variety of services offered, and responsiveness to do over items that were missed. Products could have more of a fresher, clean scent. Want the house to smell like it was cleaned. Maybe it's due to the type of bulk industrial cleaners Service Master uses. I found that my home didn't have that freshly cleaned smell.
