Absolutely everything - the team that comes over is very thorough. And they folded the toilet paper & paper towels and put a sticker on it - felt like I was in a hotel. I know it's a little thing - but often times it's the little things that push great service into amazing. :)

Coming home to a really clean house is wonderful, I like getting a reminder call the day before, and I like the flexibility if I need to change my date or cleaning needs occasionaly.

Im not sure about the products..I like a very clean smell. I like to come into my home after I know its been cleaned and be greeted with the "smell of clean". This doesnt always happen though I know the place is looking good. I dont like cover up or perfumie smells but i do like all my senses to know the place is looking good...maybe a different wood floor cleaner??
I have used MM 2x now and both the people who worked in my home were very courteous and professional - not to mention thorough! when the work is complete the house smells very fresh and looks fabulous!

They do the work and do not bother me until they are done, they are clean and very fast, but if I ask them to redo something they do it.....no complaints.

The girls were very thorogh,especially in the bathroom which shone like a diamond....they mop under the beds, thoroughly and remove every thing from the dresser and table s to dust. I am extremely pleased with them

They clean nicely quiet and do not touch personnel things, polite and I always check to see if anything is wrong and they fix it..I am very very picky about things being clean and everything being in its place....
