Susan broke down pricing and the service perfectly. She made it to easy for my wife and I. Loved the fact the more you signed up for the smaller the price got. Susan was great and cleaners did a great job. I felt very comfortable having them in my house without supervision. Lives the products are all natural. All in all excellent!
I arranged for the cleaning of my apartment in my father's home as I was moving. After the cleaning was done, my father called me and was so pleased ! He said MM did an excellent job and that the apartment sparkled ! The MM workers (I think one was named Tabitha?) were prompt in arriving, used excellent products (we do not know the name of the products), were very professional, worked hard and fast. We are so pleased and will definitely recommend MM to all our friends and family. Thank you so much.

I have only had the first initial cleaning from Merry Maids. The first cleaning was done well. I would have to have a few more cleanings before I could voice a true opinion. But the customer service so far has been wonderful.
they were courteous, did everything that was asked of them, did not leave anything behind to be trashed. All in all did an excellent job!
The two ladies that do my house move like dancers, well coordinated, organized and extremely capable. If so inclined, I could eat off of any surface plate-less (floors included) they're that good.

I am, @ this time, very pleased with the "new" girls you have assigned to clean my home. This has not always been the case, however, as other Merry Maid employees have not always worked out very well. I would suggest that your administration spot check your employees (unannounced)from time to time to ensure the best work ethic.
The annual schedule sent, the reminder calla, the few times I have had a complaint the response to resolve the concern was done in a timely manner. I like having the same person clean which they provide and finally I'm not home when they arrive and I have had no issues with missing items.
Very reliable and very accommodating . Love coming home to a nice clean home!

The people at the office were friendly and very helpful in sending cleaners on short notice. The people who came did a fantastic job. They were quick and went above and beyond with a frankly disgusting cleanup job. I'd recommend them and recommend tipping them well.

The team I have are very thorough and do a good job cleaning and they add little personsl touches that mean a lot like arranging my grand kids toys neatly in the room. I'm very happy with my team. They bring all of the cleaning equipment and tools with them which is a plus

The women worked long and hard hours stopping only to rehydrate themselves. The products used did a wonderful job on all surfaces - only minor streaking on some windows would be my only negative comment.
