I like the fact that the same team that comes each month vs who ever is available. I like having the reminder call and most importantly I am comfortable with them in my home when I am not home. I also had experienced a few mishaps and when I called they responded immediately.
I have never needed any help but did now due to a neck injury. Two women, Anna and Darcy, did a great job. I have mentioned Merry Maids to friends and at least one will be calling.
