Merry Maids is willing to honor my requests regarding how my furniture should be cleaned (e.g., vacuuming instead of wiping some surfaces, which types of cleaners are acceptable). The ladies who come to my home are consistently polite. The captain is particularly mindful of my wishes. The house always smells and looks clean and fresh when they are finished.
