Denisha was there when I arrived and departed and she is absolutely wonderful. So helpful, kind and friendly. She is an asset to your company! If I were a customer service manager I would hire her and do my best to keep her happy at her job. She eased my anxiety about parking while standing in the rain with a smile. It is hard to find customer service agents like her.

When I booked the reservation online I thought I would have to park the car, get all of the things out and then either flag down a bus or go wait with 50 of my new closest friends for a spot on a roaming bus. I was pleasantly surprised that the shuttle met us at our spot, collected our luggage and placed it on the shuttle for us and took us directly to the airport. Very easy to find out way back after the flight landed, just follow the directions on the card you're given. Will book here every time I fly from now on.

The shuttle staff are friendly and helpful. The facility and shuttles are clean and well maintained. I feel that my car is safe and secure while traveling.
