In recent visits, the service has been quicker, much appreciated. I have a three hour drive home once I land in MSP so I like to be able to walk out to the shuttle area and a van is waiting.

Both drivers were very friendly. Driver 1 was very informative as to where to go once returning from trip. Bus was waiting upon my "early" arrival. Couldn't ask for anything better....

The driver I believe her name was Tonya was wonderful. She informed us how to get back how to navigate the airport and was very friendly. I have used this park and ride a lot and I was never told to really where to go or where to be picked up again.
