It’s very easy to take your car to the lot and jump on the shuttle to the airport. The drivers are very friendly and helpful!

When you return it’s great to get into your own car and drive home. You don’t have to ask family or friends to drop you off in the middle of the night.

Appreciated that the shuttle follows you to your parking spot so that you can quickly get on your way to the airport

Quick pick up and direct drop off at my car.

I do NOT like that DFW has moved pick up at the airport to the far ends of the terminal. Signage is very confusing and inconvenient, but that’s on the airport.

Also did not notice the new self checkout system as I was leaving. That caused confusion and a bit of annoyance on my part and the attendant who eventually checked me out, but we got through it and it’s all good. I’ll be ready for it next time.

This time our drop off was great. Pick up was awesome - no wait time! We just happened to step out and a shuttle was just pulling up.

Suggestion: Would it be possible to get some type of map of where we go when we get dropped off and maybe on the back side - one of where to go when we return.
This would be so helpful for us older folks.

One problem is that the reader doesn't always pick up the Q-code and I need assistance.

But people are nice and shuttles come fairly often. That is the major thing.

It would be nice to get a discount of staying a whole week in the lot.

Easy to reserve. Covered parking availability. Quick pick up at our car and taken to the airport swiftly.

Did not receive the proper email after the reservation was confirmed. So, that delayed our exit because we had to show alternate way of payment and having to explain the situation to the manager on duty.

Awesome speed..by the time i parked my car, shuttle was already at my car and similarly when I returned back to Airport, shuttle was already waiting at the front. Extremely happy with the experience received.

Great service! A van was waiting for us when we unloaded our vehicle to take us to the airport. Upon our return a van was waiting at the curb to return us to parking. No extra waiting on our part. Highly recommend!

Easy to find. however your customer service needs improvement. I clled because I had questions about parking and if I could reserve a parking spot. The lady who helped me referred me was not helpful at all. She kept saying you can do that on the internet. I explained to her I had never used a park and ride to the Airport and had questions the internet could not answer. I finally reserved my spot and hung up. Then upon arriving the morning of my flight the employee who scanned my ticket was very nice how ever when I asked how to get to the covered parking he said just go straight. Well I went straight and it took me into a construction site where they were redoing the parking lot. The construction workers who were very helpful explained I should of turned. They directed me n how to get to the covered parking. I parked and was picked up very quickly. Now I returned from my trip picked up very quickly and was taken to my car. I asked the driver how do I get out of here he said same way I drove you in very rude and off he went! Well that did not work! I finally made it back to the entrance where I came in at and the Lady who was working was very helpful and very nice and that is why I would recommend you to my friends. Train your employees to be helpful and kind to elderly customers who are first time parkers. Thank you
