We liked the location, the friendly and helpful gate attendants and drivers, timeliness of pickup. Unfortunately, we didn't use Park N Fly's own reservation system because we found a slightly cheaper price on another site.

I think it has a very good plan to get passengers from car to airport as seamlessly as possible. The shuttle drivers are courteous, helpful and give you a ticket with your car’s location - to ensure a smooth drive home.

It is easy to park here and inexpensive, however landing at midnight and being on the shuttle with someone that is doing a ride share thing is frustrating. I knew right where my car was where they did not since they were borrowing a car. Drop off the people that know where their car is first then drive around looking for the ride share.

Shuttle was at airport when we were ready to depart. Drove us right to our car. Service was excellent going to & from the airport

I was picked up and dropped off in a timely manner.

Dropping off my car was easy and the staff was friendly. Picking up the car was easy once I figured out what the process. I used the app to notify that I was picking up my vehicle but the instructions were not clear what to do when I got back to the garage. The lady at the customer service counter questioned why I was presenting my ID and I told her I used the app to pick up the car and she acted like I wasted her time because the key was already in the car. She made me feel like a complete idiot. Note this was my first time. Other than that everything else was smooth.
