Very easy. Drivers friendly and helpful.

It was very handy to be able to reserve a parking place ahead of time. however, when I was leaving at midnight, I was unable to get the gate to read my QR code. Apparently I had to back up, and then re-enter the spot where the QR code could be read. When I tried to find help, the button is in the upper right hand corner, and so small in comparison to the ticket button (which truly doesn’t belong there as I am leaving and don’t need a ticket) that it was hard to find. In addition, I think it would be best if someone did not have to back up and re-enter the space I’d rather that the machine could be reset by the attendant.

The shuttle was quick to pick us up when we arrived at the Park N Fly and got us to the Airport quickly. When we returned from our flight and picked up baggage made the call and did not have to wait long before the shuttle picked us up and brought us back to our vehicle. The drivers were friendly and professional.

Very accomodating, I packed my ticket receipt in my suitcase, so I didn't have it when we boarded the shuttle, when we arrived at the lot, the clerk inside and the attendant outside were very helpful, and our car was brought up immediately. will definitely reccomend.
