I was nervous about flying out SFO because of traffic and parking concerns. I needed a direct flight to DC so I took a chance and started researching parking options near the airport. After careful research I booked with Park and Fly’s valet service. Booking online was easy. Pricing was very fair. I love that Park & Fly is so close to SFO. This is the first time I had to drive myself from the Central Valley to SFO. Park and Fly took all the stress out of parking. Once I arrived at Park and Fly, they parked my car and helped me get my luggage onto their shuttle. Within 10 minutes, they had dropped me off right in front of my terminal. When I returned from my trip, it was less than 5 minutes before the shuttle picked me up and took me back to Park & Fly where my car was safe and sound. Checkout was fast and easy. Staff was courteous. Traveling is stressful enough. Having a safe place to park your car and reliable shuttle to and from the airport made the whole experience so much easier. I travel often on business. This experience has made me feel much more comfortable about flying out of SFO. I’ll be using Park and Fly for my parking needs from now on.

Convenient and USUALLY reliable. However on our recent trip 3/25/23 - 3/30/23 we arrived about 3am to leave our car and there were quite a few other cars arriving as well. There was no shuttle anywhere in sight (normally there’s one right there ready to pick up) and we had to call TWICE to get a shuttle to pick us up! It was also snowing/freezing which made it even more frustrating to have to wait. By the time the shuttle finally came there were so many people waiting that a 2nd shuttle was needed.

Friendly staff who are very helpful at loading and unloading bags and your cans are always ready to pick up and drop off.

I like the valet parking and the driver's help with my bag (for which I always tip). However, last night, it took about 15-20 minutes for the airport pick-up van to arrive. During that time, 4 vans from Park SFO came by for drop-off and pick-up. They seem to provide faster service.

The bus staff are most helpful and friendly. The parking is close the airport. The costs are reasonable. The free car wash is great!
