Love the ease of reserving covered parking and shuttling to/from the airport for a great price.
For the first time, we ended up having to wait longer than usual for a shuttle, and even had to request one. I used the app to hail a shuttle, but still needed to call in to ask for a shuttle to come get us on the 3rd floor. I saw via the tracker that there had been shuttles in the ramp, but maybe they didn't get to our level? Still plan to try again, though - that seems to have been a one-off.

All great but I’d love if you would service international terminal-

This was my first time to use a long term parking service. Park "N Fly was great! I booked for a 21 day period on line and paid ahead of time. I had to delay my pick up by one day and just paid the extra day. Check in and drop off at the airport was quick and easy. Arranging pick up from the airport was easily arranged by texting. Coming back from the airport, I didn't realize I had to go downstairs to catch a shuttle but I called the company and they explained this to me. Overall a very nice experience and I would definitely use this company again.

Very friendly workers and easy to use

Easy to park and easy to get picked up at airport. Vehicle was waiting right at the drop off. Driver was most entertaining ( good singer) very polite and extremely helpful he would not let my wife and I handle our luggage. Very pleasant experience so nice to end our day after a long travel day and long time with getting thru immigration!!

From the shuttle driver to the valet personnel, the staff is personable, efficient, and on the spot!
