What do you like about our services?

When I arrived to your gate, I could not find my code. The young lady gave me a ticket and stated I could take care of scanning when I returned.
This is just what happened! I came back scanned my phone and I think I was billed correctly...YIPPEE!!!!!

I've always had very positive interactions, and so I'd recommend it again, but this last time I texted my arrival and was waiting for a shuttle for a little more than 20 minutes. That felt too long to be waiting.
