Quick pickup when parking. Hardly a wait at the airport for return to parking.

When I arrived to Park n Fly plus with my reservation the lot was full so they had me do valet since I had my online reservation. When I arrived home, the driver called ahead and my car was waiting when I got there. Great service and very friendly.

Everything was well organized. Employees knew exactly how to handle all details. When presented with claim check at entrance, suggested to take iPhone photo of ticket. Sure enough, couldn’t find ticket when coming to pick up vehicle and used phone photo instead. Pickup at Departure level was prompt and driver was very helpful with heavy luggage. When we arrived at Park n Fly garage, shuttle stopped right next to my car. Almost unbelievable service for Miami.

Prompt pick up

Overall, you guys are great, although the frequency of Park N Fly Plus vehicles seemed to be low on this trip. My thoughts on this matter are based on the fact I saw three "regular" Park N Fly vans come and go before the Park N Fly Plus van came. Basically, we waited longer than we typically do. No big deal, but thought I'd pass the feedback along.

Also, your staff on the back-end of our trip (when we returned to ATL and were picking up our vehicle) were excellent. I wish I could remember the one gentleman's name, but anytime I interact with him in particular, it's great.

Easy in and out, shuttle service was wonderful.
