Faster and frenly

Park'N'Fly Midway Chicago is a well oiled machine! Every employee I came in contact with was very professional and personable. The location is very secure. The process is extremely efficient. From being picked up by the shuttle van right in front of my car, to the driver storing the luggage, and then giving a card with my location. On the return trip, using the app to text the driver, the speediness of the pick up, to the drop off in front of my car, and the driver placing the luggage in my trunk. I must say that I am not a fan of Midway Airport, but I look forward to my experience with Park'N'Fly Midway Chicago!

Great customer service at 4:00am is unheard of but it is what you get here. The driver's are amazing. Love parking here. It is a bit pricey but I enjoy parking here

picked up at my parking space and taken to airport drop off in under ten minutes- when I came back responded to the text sent to me "come and get me" and in less than ten minutes was picked up and taken right to my car! Fantastic customer service !

I recently used Park 'N Fly in Miami and had the best experience! The service was top-notch from start to finish. The driver who assisted us was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole parking process seamless. The facility was well-maintained and secure, providing peace of mind during our trip. I highly recommend Park 'N Fly for their excellent service and courteous staff. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Easy access from I-285. The drivers are always prompt and kind. Check out is easy and the workers are friendly.
The cashier, Pat was great! She welcomed me back home and was very pleasant. (That is a welcome change from what one normally gets)

I like the door to door service.

Easy to schedule, quick pick up and drop off. Reasonable pricing.

There is always an attendant who directs you to your parking spot… even in the wee hours of the night. The shuttle is constantly in service. Never have to wait long. They drive you directly to your car. Love the reservation system. Love the QR code ease. Love the location. I recommend this place to everyone!
